Some people like to have a space that looks like a magazine cover. Other’s like to feel as if their space belongs to them alone and has a feel that fits their personality perfectly. One of my favorite things to do is go into a new space and play. Playing to me, means looking at what you have already and how it can be re-worked, moved or changed a touch to give a whole different feel. I like the challenge of not spending anything and feeling like you have something new. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes money needs to be spent. If things are falling apart or have worn out their welcome. Sometimes a can of paint makes all the difference. So for that reason I am offering my playing services. Similar to staging on HGTV, we will work together to accentuate your positives and downplay your negatives.

Early in my twenties, I started painting murals for children. Designing kids’ rooms has always been a passion for me as well. I take pride in getting an exceptional space without spending the bank. Many items are repurposed or already loved and can have a new life in a child’s space. Imagination is the ultimate goal. When a child loves their room, they want to sleep there, play there and have friends over. It is a source of pride. So because I have a soft spot for all the little people, I would like to add to my services, a new venture. Design & Application of darling kid’s rooms, where the client is treated like the prince or princess that they are. They are part of the process. Murals, shopping, coordinating, whatever is needed. I can even provide a framework to the parent’s so that it becomes a family project. Hourly charge of 25.00 for brainstorming, shopping and color choosing. A project fee is also available.
